My Thoughts:  I am very fond of wickedly good garlic cheese bread! I can get through an entire golden crusty loaf all by myself! I fashioned one of the most excellent batches of garlic cheese bread so far using the Miners Mix Garlic Cheese Bread Spread mix.  I basically added the 2 ounce package of Miners Mix Garlic Cheese Bread Spread mix to a half cup of premium mayonnaise along with two-thirds cup of unsalted butter. Once combined, I generously smeared the gourmet garlicky goodness atop a split loaf of artisan-baked sourdough bread and broiled until bubbly golden brown.  I always call dibs on the end pieces since I love, love, love the buttery crispy crusty delectableness of the butter infused bread corners.  Trust me folks, Miners Mix crafts the most remarkable products.
